The Dragonfly Foundation is responding to meet the needs of pediatric cancer patients and their families during the COVID-19 outbreak by making sure families have access to food, everyday necessities, cleaning supplies, masks, and Care Bags for families entering Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
Since the COVID-19 outbreak, the needs of patients and families have increased significantly over the requests The Dragonfly Foundation receives during standard operations. During this pandemic, families with children fighting pediatric cancer can’t leave their homes or the hospital because of the risk of exposing their child or their family to the coronavirus.
The Dragonfly Foundation is asking for your support on #GivingTuesdayNow, the new global day of giving and unity that will take place on May 5, 2020 as an emergency response to the unprecedented need caused by COVID-19. At a time when we are all experiencing the pandemic, it’s a day for everyone around the world to stand together and give back in all ways, no matter who or where we are.
Online donations can be made at https://dragonfly.org/givingtuesdaynow/. You can also show your support online by using the hastags #DoItForDragonfly and #GivingTuesdayNow.
