As a Dragonfly Volunteer that might be working directly with our patients and families, it is important that we have a current record of your flu shot.

We know that having a flu shot is a personal decision, and you may decide that it is one that is not right for you. We understand. If you elect not to obtain a flu shot during flu season, you will not be assigned roles that will put you in contact with our Dragonflies until flu season is over.

We encourage you to get a flu shot to protect yourself, your families, the elderly, pregnant women, infants and those who may be immune-compromised.
