“Last night we went to a car show in Milford to look at cars and teach my pups how to act in public. I was wearing my dragonfly t-shirt and a beautiful little girl walked up and said ” the dragonfly foundation, I’m a dragonfly” then she asked if she could pet my puppys. As we where talking about the puppies she looked at me and said ” I don’t have cancer anymore but I’m still a dragonfly”. It made me smile and broke my heart at the same time. I smiled because she was so proud to be a dragonfly and it broke my heart because no child should have to go through what’s our kids do. Thanks for always being there dragonflys.”
