Dragonfly Fitness Challenge

Take the challenge this February to show some love to yourself while helping a good cause! The ‘Love Yourself Dragonfly Fitness Challenge’ runs from February 1 – February 28. Find your favorite form of fitness, assemble a team, or take the challenge solo, and collect donations for Dragonfly.

Participants in the Fitness Challenge are encouraged to set a goal by picking out their favorite form of fitness and also set a goal of how often they complete that form of exercise during the month. Once you set your goals, start taking the ‘Love Yourself Dragonfly Fitness Challenge’ and collect donations for Dragonfly. Use the links below for you and your supporters to make donations during the fitness challenge. Or you can assemble a team and compete against each other to see who does the best or collects the most donations.

If you’re looking for ideas for the fitness challenge here are a few:
• Running/Walking Challenge: collect pledges for every mile that you run/walk.
• Squat Challenge: 50 squats a day, 50 lunges, 50 push-ups (or you can work your way up to 50 a day)
• Plank Challenge
• Rowing Challenge
• Weightlifting Challenge
• Kid Friendly Challenges: Jumping Jack Challenge or Shooting Hoops to see who can shoot the most
