7-year-old Sydney Williamson has undergone multiple surgeries for a spinal tumor since she was just 8 months old. She’s now being followed by the neurology team at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Her mother, Christina, says the support that her family receives from Dragonfly makes all the difference.
“The community that Dragonfly offers its families is priceless. It makes you feel like you’re not alone, even when you are going through something that is so stressful and taxing on your family, you know there are other people out there that understand what you’re going through and they are there to help,” said Christina.
