In December 2014, The Dragonfly Foundation had the incredible opportunity to invite more than 60 Dragonflies (young patients with cancer and their families) to attend the Cincinnati Reds’ premier fan expo, Reds Fest. Thanks to Cincinnati Bell and CBTS, we were able to have a suite at the event! This provided space for families to interact with each other, hang out with Marty Brennaman, play tag, skip rope, and do the conga with major and minor leaguers!! This event, in that location, also gave some of our sickest outpatients the chance to attend, while minimizing their risk of infection. As you can see from their smiles, a great time was had by all!!!
