We’re excited to invite you to be part of something truly special! Dragonfly Foundation’s 2024 Adopt-A-Family Program is now open, and we’d love for you to join us in bringing joy and cheer to families in need. 

Our Adopt-A-Family Program allows generous supporters like you to make the holidays a little brighter for Dragonfly patients and their families. Participating is a wonderful way to ease the holiday stress and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Interested supporters can complete the form below to sign up to participate.
  • Supporters who sign up to adopt a Dragonfly family will receive a list of items requested by the family. The value of gifts requested typically range between $300-$400 per family. (Note: All gifts must be new and in their original packaging). Wish lists will be distributed by Dragonfly to the donors on November 13th and 14th. 
  • Supporters can choose to shop for gifts themselves or can donate funds to Dragonfly’s Adopt-a-Family Program. 
  • Once the gifts have been acquired, supporters must deliver them to the Landing at 506 Oak Street, Cincinnati, OH 45219.
  • The deadline for all gifts to be delivered to Dragonfly is Tuesday, December 3, 2024. 

FAQ

Who is eligible to receive gifts?

Registered Dragonfly families are eligible to apply for the program through our partner hospitals. The patient and any siblings (under 18 years of age) and caregivers living in the same household are also eligible.

What information will donors receive about their assigned Dragonfly family?

We will provide Adopt-a-Family donors with the ages and genders of recipients. We will also provide information about gift requests and suggested items.

How do families receive the gifts? 

Donors must deliver the gifts to The Dragonfly Foundation Landing at 506 Oak Street, Cincinnati, OH 45219. Families will pick up their gifts from Dragonfly.
